The results showed that those with the training guidelines of 65 percent less likely to respond to sleep in the afternoon, and experience a lower risk of cramps during sleep (65 percent) and less likely to have trouble focusing when they are tired (45 percent).
The study is published in the December issue of the journal Mental health and physical activity.
Some researchers believe that physical activity can sleep by reducing the quality to improve to a level of stress, anxiety and depression.
